If you would like to stay overnight on campus, we have prepared different accommodation options for you. Please choose and book according to your needs.
Information regarding accommodation reservations in either i-Village or Conference Lodge will be emailed to you upon successful registration. Please complete your Summer Camp registration first!
Jockey Club i-Village
The Jockey Club i-Village was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects in collaboration with Leigh & Orange. In the southeast of the campus, the new halls of residence emphasize the concept of an enterprising global community. The residences are arranged in three differing clusters that combine communal living spaces with a varying number of single or double bedrooms for 1,551 students.
* Shared bathroom facilities only.
* The beds in the i-Village are small single beds (770mm wide), and each double room can accommodate a maximum of two guests (either one adult and one child, or two adults).
* Basic bedding items, such as pillows and bed sheets will be provided. However, participants are required to bring their own toiletries and daily necessities (e.g., towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap).
Conference Lodge
Conference Lodge (CL) is the latest on-campus hospitality facility in HKUST, offering professional hotel-managed accommodations, high-end dining, and catering services to guests.
* Private bathroom
* Standard hotel amenities will be provided.
Please Note:
1. Accommodation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made.
2. Accommodation may be chosen based on individual needs. For example, a family of three participants may select one room in i-Village and one room in Conference Lodge.
3. Overnight parking is available on campus.
