Sports Facilities

 

The sports facilities including the indoor swimming pool are now opened. The Facilities Booking System (FBS) will accept individual booking from 5 pm, 15 April 2022 onwards. Please take note of the announcement here and visit the website of the Dean of Students' Office for any udpates.

Online Booking of Sports Facilities

 

Alumni can book the sports facilities (except for LG4 Fitness Center) via the online Facilities Booking System (FBS) and via the Alumni App subject to University's latest arrangement. Here's the tutorial guide for using FBS via the Alumni App.

Running track of Fok Ying Tung Sports Center and indoor swimming pool are available for use by alumni on a first-come-first-served basis due to limited capacity.

 

 

Apply the Sports Facilities Card via the HKUST Alumni App

Alumni could apply for a HKUST Sports Facilities Card and enjoy the facilities on campus. Simply show the eCard on your app to get access to sports facilities. Please activate your alumni eCard via alumni app with your alumni email account (@alumni / @connect.ust.hk) to enjoy the alumni services and privileges.

 

Note:

If you have already got the valid physical Sports Facilities Card, this printed card will be invalid once you have successfully logged in on the app.

You must show the eCard on your app to access the service. No screen caps will be accepted. The details of the service will be displayed after clicking each eCard and your photo can also be enlarged after clicking. You may be requested to enlarge the photo and show it on the app to staff of University for identity verification.

Use of Sports Facilities by Guests of Alumni

Each alumnus can bring in a maximum of two guests per visit and at a charge of HK$20 per person per visit.

 

 

 

The above-mentioned sports services are available for HKUST Degree holders only. Graduate/Professional Diploma holders etc. are not eligible for these services.
