The HKUST Convocation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 was held on Sunday, March 16, 2025. As the number of nominations does not exceed the number of vacancies, the 9 nominees received by the closing time of the nomination were declared elected at the AGM. According to Clause 14 of the Constitution, the elected members shall serve for a term of 2 years, commencing from April 1, 2025.
