A top-notch news anchor and experienced journalist, Oscar is a familiar face to many of us in Hong Kong. Despite the challenges of being a journalist, Oscar greatly enjoys his work: "The most appealing to me is the mission behind – to uncover the truth and to speak for the less privileged." He helped establish NOW TV's News Channel, responsible for editing and hosting the channel's daily newscasts, main shows, business news shows and special news programs. Oscar is also a regular columnist for am730 and Hong Kong Economic Journal, and an emerging writer of early childhood education. 

Oscar credits his MBA education at HKUST for helping him reach greater heights on his career path. He maintains strong ties to his alma mater and has supported HKUST in a variety of ways. Despite his busy schedule, he has mentored HKUST students since 2010 and was emcee of HKUST's 20th anniversary celebration in 2011 and 25th anniversary celebration in 2016. He also competed with other alumni golfers at the Alumni Endowment Fund Cup golf tournament, the first ever sporting event to raise funds exclusively for the benefit of students.
