Join us for a guided tour to explore the beautiful campus and receive the latest development of HKUST Engineering and mingle with the senior management and faculty.

RUNDOWN
1:45 pm: Registration at HKUST(GZ) Red Bird Plaza

2:00 - 4:00 pm: Campus Tour (Group A & Group B)
A guided tour of key locations such as Campus Brain, Highbay, ICSC-IoT Labs and Visitor Information Center

4:00 - 5:30 pm: Cocktail Reception (7/F Administration Building)
Enjoy an evening of mingling with Engineering alumni over hearty snacks and drinks, featuring opening speech by the Dean of Engineering Prof. Hong K. Lo and welcome remarks by Prof. Ting Chuen PONG, Vice-President for Administration and Business of HKUST(GZ)

ASSEMBLY TIME AND TRANSPORTATION

Group A: Depart from Hong Kong (coach bus)
Round trip will be arranged for Group A
10:00 am  Departure from HKUST Clear Water Bay (Entrance Piazza)
10:30 am  Pick-up at Kowloon Tong
6:00 - 7:30 pm Return and drop-off at Kowloon Tong (estimated)
7:50 pm Dismissal at Clear Water Bay campus (estimated)

Group B: Arriving at Guangzhou Campus (by own means)
1:45 pm:   Meet at HKUST(GZ) Red Bird Plaza

Group B shall reach the campus via public transportation or by driving. We encourage the use of public transportation whenever possible. Please provide your identity information and vehicle license plate details (if applicable) in the registration form. This will help us make the necessary arrangements for your access to the campus. Please note that parking near the event venue is not guaranteed.

*Please choose one of the two available groups. Details about the pick-up point will be communicated via email to successful registrants. Group A participants will be dropped off at the same assembly location during the return trip. Please note that once registered, switching groups will NOT be permitted.
