Important Notes: 

• Application Suspension Period: Please be aware that card applications are suspended every Thursday morning due to regular weekly settlements. If Thursday is a public holiday, the suspension will take place on the next working day.
• Physical Card Invalidation: Once you have successfully logged in to the Alumni App with your eCard, your physical Reader's Card or Borrower's Card will become invalid.
•  eCard Verification: You must present the eCard on the Alumni App to access library service. Screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to enlarge the photo within the App for identity verification.
•  Non-refundable Fees: The subscription fees for Reader's or Borrower's Card are not refundable and non-transferable.
