AEF Student Emergency Fund (Established by Alumni Terry and Terence Tsang)


Inspired by their own experience receiving emergency aid during their studies, the AEF Student Emergency Fund was established in 2016 by alumni Terry and Terence Tsang. This fund provides immediate financial relief to students facing unexpected crises, such as family loss or medical emergencies.

 

AEF High Flyers Program Scholarship (Established by a Devoted Alumnus)


This scholarship recognizes and rewards exceptional academic achievements, particularly in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence. It aims to support outstanding students in advancing their education and research goals, fostering innovation and excellence in these critical areas.

AEF Student Start-up Grants (Established by Alumnus Alvin Lam)


Founded by alumnus Alvin Lam in 2016, these grants support the Entrepreneurship Training Program offered by the HKUST Entrepreneurship Center. This program equips students with the essential skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed in the startup world. The grants empower students to take their first steps toward realizing their entrepreneurial dreams.

The Children of Alumni Scholarships and Awards aim to strengthen the ties between alumni and HKUST.
