FREE Alumni activities & meeting room in Shenzhen (Futian)
HKUST Shenzhen - Hong Kong Collaborative Innovation Research Institute (SHCIRI), established in 2020 in the Loop area in Shenzhen, offers valuable resources for alumni in Shenzhen.
- FREE co-working space for alumni: Available for individual appointments during weekdays (Business hours).
- FREE activity facilities: Alumni groups and class groups can reserve meeting rooms, multimedia classrooms and commons for events. Each group is entitled to use the venue for free twice per year.
Notes:
- Free usage is only valid for normal office hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 (except holidays) - Bookings outside of office hours may require an extra fee.
- Reservations should be made at least three days in advance.
