From October 2014 to March 2020, Eric served as the Co-Founder and Director of TravelFlan, an AI-driven travel assistant platform that revolutionized personalized travel planning for B2B2C and B2C markets. TravelFlan saw remarkable growth, with innovative booking solutions driving a 30% increase in user engagement. Eric also forged strategic partnerships with travel agencies, expanding the platform’s reach across Hong Kong, Japan, China, and Korea.

Transitioning to his role as Co-Founder & COO at Ola Tech in March 2020, Eric continued his entrepreneurial journey with the pioneering e-commerce marketplace for refurbished electronics in Hong Kong. Ola Tech developed a platform offering high-quality refurbished devices with a 1-year warranty, fostering customer trust and loyalty.
