Attendees of the HKUST 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner are eligible to join the Alumni Weekend for a special rate of only HKD 350.
- The regular Alumni Weekend participation fee is HKD 1,350 for non-Gala Dinner participants, covering all event expenses.

🛂 Visa Requirements
Mainland-bound participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents and visas. Please check the latest entry requirements well in advance and ensure your documents are valid for the duration of your visit.
🚗 Driving and Parking on Campus
For safety and logistical reasons, private vehicles are not permitted on campus during the event. Participants are encouraged to use the provided coach transportation.
👥 Registering for Friends or Family
Yes, you may register on behalf of friends or family members.
🛡️ Insurance
HKUST will provide basic insurance coverage for all registered participants during the program. Participants who wish to have additional or more comprehensive coverage are encouraged to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.
🚌 Transportation Arrangements
Comprehensive coach transportation is provided for all program activities, including local transfers between venues and round-trip travel between Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Detailed pick-up and drop-off points and times will be shared with registered participants prior to the event. To help everything run smoothly, we encourage all participants to travel using the arranged transportation.
