A veteran in China strategy, wealth management, retail banking, new business model design and organization transformation, Frankie has provided consulting services on a broad range of strategy, organization, and operational topics for clients ranging from large, state-owned banks in China to major global financial institutions. Frankie led A. T. Kearney's Financial Institutions Practice for the Greater China region for several years before taking up his current position as Partner at Bain & Company. 

Frankie has experienced various "firsts" at HKUST – not only was he part of the first batch of undergraduate alumni from HKUST, but also a founding executive committee member of the HKUST Business Students' Union. He continues to contribute to his alma mater's astonishing growth with on-going donations to HKUST.
