Dicky Yuen is the founder of Venturenix and Venturenix LAB, a leading talent solution company in Hong Kong that focuses on IT recruitment and IT training.  

With a solid foundation in business studies at HKUST, Dicky's exploration of the future led him to an extraordinary shift toward the realm of IT upon graduating. Armed with an unwavering belief in the boundless potential of this field, he dedicated the initial decade of his career to the financial technology industry, where he excelled as a Banking Treasury solution director and business development strategist. 

During this period, Dicky witnessed how technology transformed the banking industry and the intrinsic value that talents possessing a fusion of business and coding experience could bring. This realization served as the catalyst for his entrepreneurial drive, propelling him to establish Venturenix, an innovative IT recruitment agency.  

Venturenix Limited is currently an IT recruitment firm with over 200 internal staff and IT contractors. At the same time, Venturenix LAB is currently training over 100 fresh IT talent of software engineers and data engineers / scientists for Hong Kong.
