Dennis is Director of China Business with ONC Lawyers, one of the largest Hong Kong local law firms with more than 150 members of legally-qualified and supporting staff. He is one of the very few local Hongkongers who is approved by the Ministry of Justice and qualified to practice China Law in the PRC. He has nearly 20 years' cross-border working experiences in senior management role with foreign-invested enterprises and as a practicing lawyer in China. He is experienced in handling cross-border and Mainland related legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, risk management, disputes resolutions, intellectual property and technology, succession, matrimonial and trust matters.

Dennis is also a senior partner with Yingke Law Firm and was awarded "Excellent Lawyer" for several years.
