On 27 October, the HKUST Convocation hosted a memorable Convocation Dinner, bringing together alumni and members of the HKUST community for an evening of networking, learning, and meaningful exchange.
We were honoured to welcome Mr Steven Lam, Co-founder and Chairman of GoGoX, as our Guest of Honour. During the dinner, Mr Lam candidly shared the ups and downs of his entrepreneurial journey, reflecting on the challenges, setbacks, and pivotal decisions that shaped the growth of his business. He also offered valuable insights into innovation, leadership, resilience, and the importance of embracing opportunities amidst uncertainty.
His inspiring sharing sparked engaging discussions among participants and provided valuable lessons for alumni from diverse professional backgrounds. The event also served as an excellent platform for members of the Convocation to reconnect, exchange ideas, and strengthen ties within the HKUST community.
