  1. Has more than THREE days of product purchase. 
  2. The product has been opened (except product deterioration) or has been used. 
  3. The product has not been packaged in good condition, damaged, or incomplete. 
  4. Product exchange DO NOT applicable for any Discounted Products, Clearance Products, Sales Items, Gift items and testing samples. 

Before returning, we must check and verify the return. If we find that the situation does not meet the above rules, all returns will not be returned/refunded. In the event of a return, the shipping and handling charges (if any) of the original order will be borne by the customers. 

If you return the product with promotional gifts or special purchase products, etc., you must also return with the product, otherwise the return will not be processed. 

If it is found that the returned product does not comply with the company's return policy, it will also not be processed. 

DIREACH reserves the right to make a final decision on all matters concerning return and exchange processing without prior notice.
