Before the event
If T8 (or above) Warning, Black Rainstorm Warning or Pre-No. 8 Announcement is hoisted, the camp on the day will be cancelled;
If T8 (or above) Warning, Black Rainstorm Warning or Pre-No. 8 Announcement is cancelled or replaced with a lower warning between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, the camp on the day will be cancelled.
If the event is cancelled due to the above weather warnings,
• it will not be rescheduled;
• the HK$500 donation is non-refundable;
• the accommodation fee paid for i-Village will be refunded;
• for the Conference Lodge, the hotel will handle cancellation arrangements with flexibility.
During the event
If T8 (or above) Warning, Black Rainstorm Warning or Pre-No. 8 Announcement is hoisted after 10:00 AM, campers are advised to stay at a safe place until the weather and traffic conditions have improved. All remaining camp activities for the day will be cancelled;
