Before the event
If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force at 7:00 am on 18 July 2026, the event will be cancelled for both June 18 and June 19.
If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force at 7:00 am on 19 July 2026, the programs on the 19 July, 2026 will be cancelled.
If the event is cancelled due to the above weather warnings,
• it will not be rescheduled;
• the HK$500 donation is non-refundable;
• the accommodation fee paid for i-Village will be refunded;
• for the Conference Lodge, the hotel will handle cancellation arrangements with flexibility.
During the event
If Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning or above is hoisted during the event, participants are advised to stay at a safe place until the weather and traffic conditions have improved.
