For Jennifer, wine is an indispensable part of her life and she shares this passion with fellow wine enthusiasts through her roles as a wine educator, event organizer, specialist and writer. The company that she founded, Wines Connect Company, provides consultancy, marketing communications, event planning and education services for a diverse clientele ranging from wineries and private collectors to F&B operators. She currently also works as a freelance columnist for various media.

Jennifer has pioneered wine appreciation in complete darkness in Asia, in partnership with Dialogue in the Dark (Hong Kong) in the past. She has also been teaching as a part-time instructor at various institutions including HKU SPACE, the Hong Kong Management Association, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Continuing and Professional Studies. In recent years, she has fallen in love with running marathons in wine regions - a special way to broaden her wine traveler experience.

Fondly recalling the good old days at HKUST, Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity to broaden her horizons through the university's student enrichment programs. "Apart from joining the exchange-out program, I also participated in the mentorship program where I met a mentor whose valuable advice has inspired me significantly," she says. Her connection with her alma mater did not end after graduation - Jennifer has served on the HKUST Alumni Association for many years, and founded the HKUST Alumni Wine Association with a group of alumni enthusiastic about wines in 2016.
