Temporary Suspension of Alum eCard Activation & Library and Sports Card Application
Please kindly note that the alumni system maintained by the University will undergo system upgrade onOctober 1, 2022 (Saturday) from 0900-1400. During this period, activation of Alum eCard and application for library and sports cards will be temporarily suspended.
For alumni who would like to come back to campus during this period but have not activated your Alum eCard/applied for library and sports services, please be reminded to activate it/apply for those services before 0830 on October 1, 2022 (Saturday).
For those who have already activated the Alum eCard/applied for library or sports services before 0830 on October 1, 2022 (Saturday), the display of the eCards will not be affected.

Access policy starting February 24, 2022
Further to the government’s recent announcements on strengthening of epidemic containment measures, starting February 24, 2022, those entering the campus are required to be vaccinated for accessing campus unless they are medically unsuitable for vaccination / under 12 years old under the government’s vaccine pass policy.
To enter campus, security colleagues will scan/check your activated Alum eCard on the Alumni App at the campus entrances. In addition, you will be requested to present your electronic vaccination records via the “Electronic Vaccination and Testing Record System” under the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app, "iAM Smart" tmobile app or the “eHealth” mobile app.
Under the temporary access policy, we are sorry that guests of alumni, including families and friends, are presently not allowed to enter the campus. Parking is also temporarily unavailable.
