A wide range of campus facilities and services are available to all degree graduates of HKUST. Depending on when you studied at the University, some features and layout may be new to you – we think you'll be excited by the enhanced amenities. We welcome you to come back, take a tour, use the facilities and remember the good times at your alma mater!
Library Services
Access Policy and Library Cards
- Alumni could apply for a Reader's Card with an annual fee of HK$50 or a Borrower's Card with an annual fee of HK$100. The first year's fee of Borrower's Card is waived for HKUST Alumni Association members (Full Members). Please apply via the HKUST Alumni App and the eCard will then be displayed on the app. Simply show the eCard on your app to get access to the service. More
- If you have already got the valid physical Reader's Card or Borrower's Card, this printed card will be invalid once you have successfully logged in on the app.
- You must show the eCard(s) on your app to access the service(s). No screen caps will be accepted. The details of the service will be displayed after clicking each eCard. The photo can also be enlarged after clicking. You may be requested to enlarge the photo and show it on the app to staff of University for identity verification.

Alumni e-Resources
- This service provides access to selected databases at a cost-recovery annual subscription fee. A 20% discount off the subscription fee is offered to HKUST Alumni Association members (Full Members) and HKUST BOC Alumni Credit Card holders. More
