Belun Ring
Belun Ring
The Belun Ring helps you discover the quality of your sleep—at home, comfortably, by simply putting on your ring before sleep. You will uncover the mysteries of sleep: risk of having sleep apnea, stress level and sleep quality. Combining ICT technologies, bio-sensing, signal processing technologies and artificial intelligence, the ring pre-screens potential sufferers from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a common (and potentially dangerous) sleep disorder where an individual will stop breathing repeatedly during a night of sleep. Sleep apnea is caused by complete or partial blockage of the upper airway. People with this disorder involuntary pause in breathing during sleep for at least 10 seconds and are shown to undergo a significant drop in blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).
Instead of checking for OSA during a stressful overnight stay in a hospital, users can put on the Belun Ring before going to bed at home for OSA pre-screening. The ring will collect data including user's pulse rate, blood oxygen saturation levels and body movements during sleep.

Hands-on Coffee
Hands-on Coffee
A cup of fragrant coffee is hard to come by – from planting, harvesting, baking to brewing, it takes numerous complex production processes, each of which can change the coffee's flavor. For this reason, just like each brewer is one-of-a-kind, so too is every cup of coffee unique. To brew a cup of your very own coffee, you need to be fully committed, focused on the details and immersed into your creativity. Hands-on Coffee's core vision is to enable people to slow down and enjoy a moment of peace in this fast-paced urban life by sharing knowledge of coffee, promoting specialty coffee culture, and bringing the spirit of coffee to the way we live our lives.
We hope that every guest that visits Hands-on Coffee will be able to find a coffee flavor that truly belongs to them.

SoupBB
SoupBB
Established in 2017, SoupBB (正湯寶寶) focuses on additive-free healthy herbal soups as well as Chinese-style warm light meals. Our goal is to provide customers with a variety of nutritional, delicious soup to help busy Hong Kong'ers maintain a healthy life. The word "正" in SoupBB's Chinese name (which means "positive" in Chinese) has only five strokes but already encompasses the company's five major principles: no MSG, full of natural flavors, fresh soup cooked daily on the spot, professionally-recognized, and social responsible.
We insist on no additives, selecting only natural ingredients, and stewing the soup slowly over low heat in order to bring out the umami in the soup. We hope that our no additives, nutritious soup will awaken Hong Kong'ers perception of original flavors.
Since the establishment of the brand, SoupBB has partnered with a Chinese medicine practitioner to develop seasonal herbal soups, which are very popular among neighboring businesses. In addition, our entrepreneurship story has also been reported on by many media. We are a group of young people who not only strive to perfect each bowl of soup, but also hope to promote healthy eating and let "drinking soup" become a habit of Hong Kong people.
